What you can expect during your visit

Oscar our guide was wonderful! The food was amazing, and the care for the surroundings and environment was outstanding.

I was a bit hesitate of going to the desert but everything was changed when we met our driver (maj’d). He was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure our trip was enjoyable from the get go. The foods and entertainment were amazing!

The entire trip was perfectly executed and planned,beginning with when we were picked up at our hotel by our amazing guide, Lionel, up until we were dropped off in an incredibly comfortable car. While I am sure that all the tour guides are excellent, Lionel made the entire trip better. The ambiance that he created in our drive to the desert combined with the stories he told helped solidify the impact that the trip has on us. We stopped at a tent-like area where we were served some drinks and given some food which was a nice break after the hour long drive. The falcon show was an impressive part of the tour which was then proceeded by a drive around the desert where we learned an abundance of interesting information, given by Lionel. Finally, at the end of the night we were seated at our personal cabanas and served very tasty food. If I had to congratulate Platinum Heritage in a sentence, I would say that they were extremely well coordinated and managed to execute everything properly. Everything, down to the last detail was thought of, which helped make our trip that much better and more entertaining. If I had to give one piece of advice I would say that improving the time at which the food was served would help with the smoothness of the trip, however I do understand that the unforeseen circumstances - rain - slightly hindered the quickness at which the food was served. All in all I would highly recommend this trip to anyone who is interested in learning more about the Dubai desert, while remaining in luxury.

We had a great experience in the company of Wisam (our driver), excellent services: pick-up and drop-off at the hotel, great dinner and of course presentation of the surroundings.

I couldn't recommend this trip any more. My partner and I were picked up in a beautiful brand new Range Rover by our guide Tim in which from start to finish, he was knowledgeable/witty/funny and just made the experience even that better.The beautiful dessert that we drove through with the flurry of information from Tim was perfect along with the daily activities.Then we arrived at where we would have dinner for the night and what a beautiful place this team has created, it was so romantic & was the place I had planned to propose to my now fiancé (she thankfully said yes!) in which we were looked after by the staff throughout so professionally.Overall, an incredible experience and in which I'm sure every guide is fantastic, if you are lucky enough to have Tim pick you up, you are in for a brilliant day / night.

Fomos atendidos pelo brasileiro James, que com muita simpatia e educação nos guiou pelo passeio.James nos explicou várias coisas sobre o país, sua cultura e geografia.Várias fotos lindas, apresentação do falcão e passeio com camelos (os quais aparentavam estar bem cuidados, no geral).Por fim a parada para o jantar, em tendas confortáveis no meio do deserto em um ambiente paradisíaco.Para fechar a noite, minha única decepção: A apresentação, que consistia em uma moça fazendo malabarismo em um arco. Esperava muito uma apresentação de dança local, algo que fosse mais típico à cultura.... Enfim, não curti.Mas a experiência foi muito boa e vale a pena.

Es gibt auch Restaurierte Classic Jeeps von den Anfängen des Emirates.Wir hatten einen Fahrer vomHotel bis zum Rücktransport.Die Tour war Spitze.Alles sehr angenehm organisiert .Essen sehr gut.Shows und Akrobatik sehr gut.kann man mehr sagen das alles sehr gut war.Wir haben uns nicht wie in einer Massenabfertigung gefühlt da die tacktung mit den anderen Besuchern perfekt war.Der Preis ist hierfür angemessen.Gerne wieder

From beginning to end this tour was amazing. The Land Rover was beautiful and comfortable. Our guide, Ruxy, was fun and engaging. The desert animals and views were stunning. The camels were sweet and very well cared for and the dinner and show were executed beautifully.

Superbe journée, grâce à une prestation de très grande qualité.je rêvais d'une soirée romantique en plein désert au coucher du soleil avec ma femme et nous avons été comblés.Notre guide Musadar, d'une gentillesse extrême a été aux petits soins, nous apportant beaucoup d'information sur l'environnement, la culture et la vie à Dubai.Toute l'équipe des guides ainsi que les cuisiniers du désert sont aussi à féliciter.
